File Upload on Import page stuck on red

Describe the bug

Within the Import module, when I upload a CSV file, all I get is a red progress bar. It briefly flashes orange then red. I've tried the sample csv files also. I have imported successfully last year and haven't updated.

Reproduction steps

1.Go to Import module 2.Click on 'Select Import File...' 3.Select file 4.Error happens

Expected behavior

Field mapping options to appear.
