No Action when run "php artisan snipeit:ldap-sync"

Debug mode

Describe the bug

$ id
uid=1000(docker) gid=50(staff) groups=50(staff)
$ php artisan snipeit:ldap-sync -vvv
$

there is no output and didn't sync from AD(It works if I use UI)

Reproduction steps

run command php artisan snipeit:ldap-sync

Expected behavior

sync user from AD/LDAP
