complete en-US translations #100

an accept task has been defined, but the resulting file does not include the hashes. This may or may not be an problem, just waiting to see if I get a response from the issue I raised at nicksnyder/go-i18n.

The accept task is not mandatory. It was introduced to improve the i18n workflow when adding new messages to existing translations. Without this task, the new translations have to be manually inserted into the existing translation file, but this seems to be counter-intuitive, since that is the raison d'etre of the go-i18n merge command.
