Data Connector for Duo #389

Would be great to have a data connection for Duo. In particular:

User & Group inventory (https://duo.com/docs/adminapi#retrieve-users)
Authentication Logs (https://duo.com/docs/adminapi#authentication-logs)
Endpoints Inventory (https://duo.com/docs/adminapi#endpoints)

@sfc-gh-mpolyakova got started on Admin inventory via connectors/duo_collect.py, so just an enhancement now. Can slot it in for next release, akin to what we did elsewhere, with _users_connection, etc. appearing as separate connectors to the runners, but with a single re-usable connector with four different types in the WebUI.
