Basically #131, but as some of the SDKs support the android-app scheme now (e.g. snowplow-referer-parser/scala-referer-parser#90), we should add them to actually get use from that. Many of the original list in that issue are now obsolete, so I've just included a selection here that are still sources for traffic in 2023, and added some newer ones. These should work correctly as they currently do for e.g. android-app://m.facebook.com/ (note #172 is probably fixed nowadays) and android-app://com.pinterest/, this just adds a few more.
The "urlhost" is typically the App ID, so you can verify the app contents by visiting the Play Store (though not always, the store is case-sensitive and APKs installed from beyond the store will obviously not be there). The highest volume for most users are likely from com.google.android.gm and com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox.
