feature(admin): new field for naming successor of a recipient #867

Adding a recipient field called "Successor," which allows recipients to name a possible successor if they die during the program. This option is in line with the official "Social Income: Recipient Policy." This feature will also be introduced in a later update to the recipient mobile app.
