Feature/version display and target name change #3

  1. Uses CMake version system and inserts firmware version number into LOCI ROM on load. Version is set in the outermost project() call - on releases only. Else the build date is used (and 0.0.0 is shared with ROM)
  2. Changes default binary target name to loci-firmware
  3. Cleanup of old macro names
