Create github-test-action for scene testing in the plugins #4265

The title is self contained : the plugins need a way to test the scenes and/or the regression, it would be great to create an action to automatize it.

BeamAdapter tests the regression for itself https://github.com/sofa-framework/BeamAdapter/blob/master/.github/workflows/ci.yml but the way to do it is a bit rough indeed 😅
