Add generated HSL color management #2339

Describe the feature you'd like to see included in Oxygen. Use a primary color in HSL to generate colors for a site. Make the generated colors pickable from the color picker just like any other global managed color

What are the use cases for this feature? Use one primary color to generate the colors with accessable variables AND make them available in the color picker as colors are chosen. Would be use as a standard way to generate colors. Would like to see the colors generated and variable created using criteria for the colors instead of all the HEX or other hard coding.
