UC3/US6 Collect data from Horizon Europe projects for EU dashboard #6
I want to find, filter and download soil data from Horizon Europe Research projects
So I can aggregate the data and make a dashboard for our policy officers which displays status of Soil Health over time
Persona
I’m confident with approaches for data publication in academia. My focus is on Horizon Europe projects, advertising their results via Cordis.
Background
This user story has been derived from the notes of the JRC Ispra meeting:
“SoilWise should contribute to EUSO elements and support the EUSO dashboard, a communication tool that includes indicators and requires the provision of data flows from results also coming from R&I projects like SOMIMO AA.
Acceptance criteria
From 5 projects in the Soil Mission round, which indicate in their DMP they provide relevant data, assess if this data is actually usable for the soil mission dashboard. An assessment should take 5 minutes at max, the assessment result should include:
[ ] Is data discoverable with persistent identifier (Findable)
[ ] Can data be downloaded using common protocol (Accessible)
[ ] Options for harmonization (model and code list description and compatibility) (Interoperable)
[ ] Has described usage constraints (data license) (Reusable)
[ ] Has described resolution in time and space (Reusable)
