SVG icon for Linux desktops #265

All the big icon sizes are useless on Linux desktop if we give a SVG file. However, the small sizes can be kept. (https://github.com/solarus-games/solarus-quest-editor/pull/263#issuecomment-275618630)

In this branch, I added the new icon files: https://github.com/solarus-games/solarus-quest-editor/tree/icon_v2

What do we need to change to use this icon ? NB: the paths have changed. I made separate win, mac and linux folders.
