Fix library installation path #1013

CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR should not be ignored.

Christopho said to continue discussion here, so let me add more as the current Ubuntu PPA owner. I haven't gotten OP's error about the library before, but I haven't done a cMake like that before. I can't look into this in more depth until Monday, but the only thing Debian Mentors complains about now is GCW-Zero libraries missing source.

The library has it's own package, libsolarus, where the library files are installed. They are installed to a more public location because of solarus-quest-editor.

I too want solarus to be officially in Debian 10, so hopefully we can work out these errors. Let me know if you have more questions.
