Add EventSourceChannel2023 Notification Type #144

This updates the older EventSourceSubscription2021 type for use with the current version of the Solid Notification Protocol. The new type is EventSourceChannel2023.

The notable changes include adjusting the flow diagram and terminology:

from "subscription" -> "channel"
from "source" -> "receiveFrom"
