Separation of index content #43

As discussed in out team meeting ( https://github.com/solid/webid-profile/blob/main/meetings/2022-08-23.md#separation-of-index-content ) and prompted by the https://github.com/solid/webid-profile/issues/35 issue, this is a start to separate indexes.

A repository was set up here: https://github.com/solid/type-indexes and type index-related resources have been moved. This PR also needs to clean up the already moved resources.
