Blank map background in pointing/field-of-view display #39

Blank background map, to be implemented in FovBackground.plot_blank_helioprojective().

The background map should be in helioprojective coordinates, with the same observer as the EUI/FSI background map implemented in FovBackground.plot_EUI_FSI(). The limb and a Carrington grid should be plotted on the background.
