Merge and co-register sequences of repeated observations #58

Several repeated observations (typically: same SPIOBSID, different RASTERNOs) can be stacked along the time axis.

If the (λ, x, y) axes are not entirely the same, the arrays should be co-registered and/or the global 4D PC matrix be computed to be consistent with the actual axes.
