4 years ago - We need to know which organisations have updated their projects. This means a report that:
- Allows the user to select a period (period start, period end selectors needed)
- Identifies non-updated projects, these are active projects, with predicted disbursements for the period, but no actual disbursements during the period, and which have not had any edits during the period
- The report lists all the organisations involved in those projects, and sorts the list with the orginasation with the most non-compliant projects at the top, it can be paginated.
- The report should also list all organisations who are listed as funders of a project, but who have not completed the envelope data for any periods for which they have funded projects
