[BUG] Duplicate notifications when a package is not policy compliant #262

When viewing https://www.nuget.org/packages/log4net/2.0.9, I get two notifications on OSX which doesn't seem correct.

Also got duplicate alerts when browsing https://pypi.org/project/pandas/

Closing this as won't do - we have decided to remove notification from the v2.x extension as they often block the top right of the browser window which is where the extension logo lives.
