I have added a warning to El Capitan users that the default Ruby does not work. And added a link to an installation manual. This link would have helped me a lot to prevent #150

Thanks! I'd be more inclined to add it to the FAQ in the bottom of the readme and add a link to it from the installation requirement for Ruby. I'll take a look at it when I'm home from work :)
