FRR SRv6 End.DT4 decap #11004

I'm using sonic-vs. SRv6EndDT4 included in the FRR function is not working. End DT4 does not work even if the contents corrected by FRR are reflected in sonic-frr. https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/commit/e735c8073c70abddab09f8600b551df7f630809e

It seems that SRv6 End DT4 can be used from linux kernel 5.15 in FRR. Is that the cause? The linux kernel version of sonic is as follows. Kernel: 5.10.0-12-2-amd64

SRv6 is not integrated with FRR.
