platform: Move audio configs from common
Until the release of Audioreach audio we could have this
configuration in common, even though some platforms have
some functional differences. Now the time has come when
it is better to have a configuration for each platform
separately, because they have more and more differences.
The properties were also synchronized with LA.UM.9.16.r1
audio HAL.
