Time of Day icon bugs out in early day time #41

i've noticed the last couple days that when i get up it's still showing the nighttime version of the icon. when i check the api stuff it has the correct data for displaying the icon. so i need to make sure the javascript isn't doing anything to figure out which of these to show....

might have also had issues updating the current weather temperature?

can't recreate anymore....

seems like sometimes it loads a cached version of stuff.... but seems to get fresh data after a short while... not sure what to do other than just live with it... as it's not really that big of an issue....
