RABBIT integration #25

Way to integrate the R.A.B.B.I.T. bot into the site.

R.A.B.B.I.T is currently in planning at this Trello board.

Open for suggestions.

If RABBIT can listen for cv-pls requests then possibly we could have a page on sopython.com along the likes of http://cv-pls.com/ which keeps track of cv-pls requests, possibly updating when they're closed, etc.

The idea is to have some sopy API that rabbit can call for such events. And then the site/kesh/nibada does whatever they think they should do.
