config.ini not generated automatically #27

I am trying to follow the tutorial, but it goes wrong at the second step: sosia.make_database() gives an error. First, because the config file does not exist. Some reading of the source code helps but then second problem is that the default sqlite file does not exist either.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! That's indeed something we missed to test before "going public".
