Improved vortex extension support for Elden Ring #231

Hi, I'm currently improving vortex extension support for Elden Ring, a load order support that automatically manages the mods has been added and automatic ModEngine2 Installation for the latest release version is also added.

Do you mind making an icon for the modengine launcher executable?

Can you make a detailed build instruction too? I've ran vcpkg install and cmake but it throws an error stating it couldn't find detour library
