Replace EntryGate and ExitGate with concrete Gate type #254

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Rather than having entryGate:EntryGate and exitGate:ExitGate, these should both 
simply be typed Gate.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Reduce the size of the IAML metamodel.

This is a recognised sub-goal of issue 234: Implement metamodel changes as 
discussed in metamodel review
