Examples are partially broken on modern browsers. #53

Perhaps I'm missing something but the examples seem pretty broken on Chrome 26 and Safari 6. Almost all of them are missing tracks or are rendering poorly.

Yeah, none of the examples seem to look presentable on modern browsers and appear as the above comment posted.
