Move scripts to root #31

Description

Moved all scripts from /home/app to `/root/
Updated Dockerfile
Updated Readme

This will cause a breaking change, every one who uses this image have to upgrade the docker command from /home/app/run-prod.sh to /root/run-prod.sh
