Make changes to installed packages to use their php8 versions
use php8 base image
remove imagick
candidate for major release?

We could also discuss about removing the gd image editing extension. The image size after removing imagick is about 266MB, when removing gd and its dependencies, and also applying some changes I have in mind, we could create a base image (suited for production) with less than 150MB.
