bug: Connection Failed at start #5393

Pre Release Cody

Describe the bug

When using cody, at start it sais connection failed and i need to manually click one or two times retry connection

Expected behavior

A red button connection failed

Additional context

Cody could not start due to a connection issue. Possible causes:

You don't have internet access Proxy settings might need to be configured An internal error preventing the connection The configured endpoint https://sourcegraph.com/ is not reachable

Use Cody Offline with Ollama

Same problem here. Need to manually connect after starting VS Code, then restart VS Code so Cody autocomplete can work.

bro this is dead bug with no response
