Description

This PR updates the rimraf package to version 5.0.10, the latest compatible version with Node 18.

Specific Changes

• Updated rimraf from 3.0.2 to 5.0.10 in root's package.json.
• Fixed import statement in botbuilder-core/tests/transcriptUtilities.js file.
