Which pipeline to use for bengali language #4

Hello Souvik, I am beginner in RASA and working on bengali chatbot.. I have made english chatbot but i am not getting about which pipeline i have to use for bengali language. language : "bn" pipeline : please do let me know I have downloaded vector file for bengali from fasttext but don't know how to link it in pipeline. What should I use tensor-flow or spacy? please help me, any help would be appreciated.
