[Policies] Broken UI in case of complex policies #879

Description - What happened? *

The display of more complex policies in the UI is broken, for example BPNs are somehow displayed to the right of the white tiles, see screenshot below. In general, this does not look good at all.

Expected Behavior *

A good UI and UX.
