[bug] Screen flashing random colors, entirely unplayable.

Overall Description

My entire screen will go random colors that change when I move the mouse (Almost like it's zoomed in to only see 1 pixel. But it persists in menus too). This "effect" goes away when I'm in a chest, but the second I exit it happens again. This effect begins randomly (Maybe when I open my inventory about 10% of the time?) and I haven't found a way to stop it. When I open up the escape menu or inventory it still looks the same, flashing colors, however I can push buttons by guessing where they are. Even navigating back to the main menu of MC it appears the same. I used to think this was an issue relating to shaders, however, it happened when I wasn't using any. I've never seen this problem anywhere else online. I have tried reinstalling optifine and obviously restarting my PC and such. I've even tried using past versions of 1.8.9 optifine and past versions of forge and the problem persists. I'm willing to screenshare or get in contact with anyone to fix this. Steps to Reproduce

It happens seemingly randomly. I'm just going about, playing survival or a server and for absolutely no reason my screen just does this. It might be triggered by me opening my inventory but happens randomly when I don't as well.

OptiFine Version

1.8.9 HD U I7 (persists with other older/newer versions)
