[Feature Request] Timed Chest CEM #5130

Allow a setting in CEM that can make chests have different textures during certain times of the year Basically allows you to make "Christmas Chests" but for other times of year

Something like startdate:MM/DD enddate:MM/DD

I would say have this for all CEM, not just chests, but yesss I like this idea!
