[Texture Pack] Entity render issue #5491

So Im using a minimap and when switching back and forth between texture packs the villagers icons get a weird missing texture look. I contacted the creator of the minimap and after looking through stuff this is their reply:

    "Ok, it seems that the issue is on Optifine's end. I don't think I can do anything about it within reasonable effort. You can see the same glitch if you create a villager spawner block, switch resource packs back and forth and then look at the tiny model in the spawner. Optifine breaks the vanilla entity renderer for some reason."

There you have it, hopefully you can look into this

What's the name of the minimap mod and what OptiFine version are you using?
