Shaft mining #16968

Talked about it on disc but a pure mining department / shaft mining (mining asteroids nearby or whatever) would be useful.

Probably procgen asteroids roundstart and just have them use a shuttle to go mine.

I like this idea, mining is currently not done basically ever, so having a dedicated mining job would be great. My only concern is that they wouldn’t have much to do late in the round as they will have moved all they need to, and the demand isn’t high enough to go back out.
