If an RCD is destroyed while an RCD build ghost is shown, the ghost will remain under the cursor. This persists even when a new RCD is obtained.
Reproduction
Obtain RCD
Set to build lights mode, bar light
Go to disposal, turn on recycler
Get close to recycler and attempt to place a light on top of it
RCD is recycled and no light is made
Cursor now haunted
