I see three potential ways to handle this

• Remove one of the two words from the list
• Create a system where we can designate specific "rejected combinations" in the random name generation
• Declare that players are ultimately responsible for making sure randomly generated names are rule-compliant

Just removing it seems simple. I think the game giving you a name that's not compliant with the rules is basically just baiting players into being bwoinked and thus not the option that should be chosen.

A rejected combinations list is likely the way to go. Not that this is a huge priority.
