Updated all projects to .NET 8.0 (Windows)

Note

Maybe it would be better to set project framework to .NET Standard 2.1 so users can choose which .NET framework they will use for their project.

Thanks for the PR, I think @space928 wants to port to .NetCoreApp3.2 for wider compatibility (#104 )

You're welcome Good idea ! I'll close this PR then, I think it's better to change NET version only once, recent changes broke my PR anyway Maybe I'll give a try to do the port ;)
