Real storage and bad usb at same time? #97

Hi, Does someone know if it is possible to use this kind of device as a real usb and bad usb at same time for people not to notice they've been hacked? Or for good stuff like auto start a PowerPoint presentation after plugging the usb. It should be possible with an SD card and the usb acts like an hub with a keyboard and a normal usb. Thanks
