Current behavior

Qmix version needs to be updated in multiple places.

Expected behavior

Qmix version set in a single place and updated once.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Try to update Qmix version.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Ease of development.
