Issue HLA-1032 was created on JIRA by Steve Goldman:
The goal for this ticket is to create an outline for the organization of the drizzlepac documentation.
Subsequent work will be to reorganize the current landing page. Additionally a page needs to be added for the HAP parameters. There is no current documentation for these.
