This PR contains two scripts for creating dark current reference files to be delivered to CRDS for processing of commissioning data. These scripts cover the SW detectors and use the strategy discussed with the IDT. Nominal pixels have a signal of zero in the reference files. Hot pixels have signal values created by extrapolating their mean signal rate to the exposure times of all frames.
