Add libgmp-dev dependency for Ubuntu 14.04.3 #39

libgmp-dev need if you using Ubuntu 14.04.3. If you using 14.04 only, nokogiri installation must be successful only with ruby-dev and zlib1g-dev.

I can't accept this change, as Nokogiri is not the library with a dependency on libgmp-dev. See https://github.com/rvm/rvm/issues/3509 for the full details on how RVM is the cause of this.

That said, I will add a note with this advice, giving more context.
