Container Support for AWS

The issue is to document additional fixes to PR #205

[x] Rebase with master.
[x] Add abstractions in the faas/system class.
[x] Make ECR repository configurable.
[x] Fix ECR login issues on AWS (check it works on fully logged out user).
[x] Moving container resource allocation to proper resource classes (+Docker data).
[x] Do not cache passwords.
[x] Nice output for image push.
[x] Extend function name with container status.
[x] Verify that caching keeps image sha and checks for it when updating.
[x] Verify and document ECR push behavior after multiple failures.
[x] Add documentation on deployment, configuration, and container support.
[x] Resolve coderabbit issues.
[x] Emulate arm64
[x] Verify caching works correctly (no cache/replace existing image/create image).
[x] Extend regression and rerun nodejs
[x] Extend regression and rerun x86.
[x] Extend regression and rerun arm64.
[x] Fuse with OpenWhisk implementation.
[x] Test OpenWhisk still works.
