Show how many people are in specific channel or who is in that channel without connecting to VC #77

As a user i would like to be able to view the number of people connected to a voice channel and/or who exactly is in that VC without having to join it.

This would be alot of potential states to create and then unsure how the user would set up their buttons to show the states of each particular channel since we would have to name them accordingly..

I could see that maybe we have a maybe X amount of servers the user can request to monitor for voice chat changes.. We then update them accordingly and only show the total number of people in each chat..

So example I can think of would be

For each server monitor'd we have

then for each VC we have these states to fill out

this would allow useer to see all the users in the chat.. the ID the server they are from and the chat they are in so the user can join the chat with a join channel action...
