Description Message "The link for password recovery was sent to [Email]" is shown if entering not signed up email in password recovery form

Steps to reproduce Page https://spells.hedgi.ru is already opened

1. Click "Уже есть аккаунт"
2. Click "Не помню пароль"
3. Enter e-mail which was not signed up
4. Click "Отправить ссылку"

Expected result Message "This user does not exists" is shown

Actual result Message "The link for password recovery was sent to [Email]"
