UI Bug: Create-a-site mentions a '2 step process', but it shows 3 steps #13

Describe the bug

When trying to 'create a new site', it mentions that you can deploy in '2 easy step' - step is a typo, it should be steps. Also, the UI shows 3 steps instead of 2.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click 'create a new site' on the Dashboard
  2. Look at the text.

Expected behavior

Instructions were fine, just a typo when defining how many steps there are.
