Releasing v1 of fdtd-z 🥳! Everything is far from perfect, but (I think) un-embarrassing enough to call this a v1. Changes are

• New API for current sources which allows for x-, y-, and z-planes
• residual() function to compute error against the time-harmonic wave equation
